Submission Deadline: August 15, 2013 Types of Presentations Papers Paper presentations on any of the themes listed below are invited. The paper presenters are kindly asked to restrict their presentations to 15 minutes followed by 5 minutes to Question & Answer.  Poster Formatting Guideline The posters will be on display throughout the day including both coffee breaks and lunch and there will be a dedicated time when authors are expected to stand near their posters.   Posters will be mounted using Blu-Tack, which will be provided. The abstract title, authors and affiliations should be indicated in a heading at the top of your poster. Lettering for the title line should be at least 2.5 cm high. Please use an appropriately-sized font throughout. Power-point and Microsoft Publisher can also be used to produce clear posters.   Abstract Review and Acceptance All abstracts will be anonymously reviewed by the reviewers. Once the review process is complete, the author(s) will be notified by the organizing committee if the abstract has been accepted for oral or poster presentation.   Accepted abstracts will be allotted 20 minutes for presentation (please allow time for discussion). There will be a dedicated poster session on the day of the conference, but posters will be on display all day.   Speakers will also be invited to submit their paper for publication in the proceedings.
